Organization Overview

Mission Statement :
To improve the mental health of children and their families through early intervention, diagnosis, and treatment by helping them develop the emotional skills for meeting life's challenges.
Purpose :
The Austin Child Guidance Center provides mental health evaluation and treatment services to children and their families as well as professional development for staff, graduate students, and the community. Specifically, the following services are offered: Psychotherapy or Counseling, Psychiatric Services, Psychological Assessments, Parent Education and Professional Education.
